La Mirada, CA – September 23, 2010 – The Rockstar Makita LeDuc Racing team of Curt, Todd, and Kyle LeDuc are excited for this weekend’s racing to get underway in Surprise, AZ. Round 11 and 12 of the Lucas Oil Off-Road Racing Series makes its return to SpeedWorld Raceway. The team had success at this venue in rounds 3 and 4 and they will be looking to garner the same success this weekend. The team has been doing a lot of testing and competing in some TORC races to help fine-tune the truck setup.
Kyle Leduc is coming off an impressive victory at the last round in Glen Helen and will be using that momentum to capture another victory. Kyle currently sits third in Pro 4 Unlimited only 11 points out of second, and Curt is in fifth only 13 points behind Kyle. The points race is heating up and is sure to bring about some exciting racing.
In Pro 2, Todd LeDuc will be looking to rebound from some bad luck in the last round and make a charge towards the podium. He currently sits in seventh place in the points standings.
The LeDuc’s are always working hard to prepare and improve for every race and this one is no different. “We’ve made a lot of changes since the last round and have really been putting a lot of time into testing. We’ve got the trucks set-up better than ever and should be up front all weekend,” said Team Owner/Driver Curt LeDuc. No doubt they’ve got their setup’s all dialed in for the race!
All of the action gets underway on Friday, September 24 with practice and qualifying and race days on the 25th and 26th! If you can’t make it out to the race then be sure to catch all the excitement on SPEED October 16th and 23rd at 12 p.m. Eastern Standard Time!
