Offer valid only on purchases made through an authorized Makita U.S.A., Inc. eRebates dealer during the stated promotion “Start Date” and “End Date” to qualify. The redemption of free good(s) must be claimed online at https://www.makitatools.com/erebates on or before the stated “Redeem by” date which is fourteen (14) days after the “End Date”. Makita dealers, distributors and retailers are not eligible. Products that have been returned are not eligible. Valid for residents of the U.S. and Puerto Rico only. Not valid for Government Customers, Military Mailing, or U.S. Territories (with the exception of Puerto Rico), and void where prohibited, taxed, or restricted by law. Free goods will only be shipped to a valid residential address in the U.S. or Puerto Rico provided by the customer. Limit a maximum of twenty-five (25) redemptions on a single receipt/invoice and five (5) per individual promotion per customer and per mailing address/household.
Must submit PDF or JPEG images of serial number(s) on the product(s), UPC barcode(s) on each box (outer), and original receipt/invoice (must be legible). The receipt/invoice must show the store, store address, purchase date, item, quantity, price, and transaction/order number. The qualified purchase must be highlighted on the receipt/invoice. If a receipt/invoice appears to be modified or is illegible or missing any of the required information, it will not be processed.
If a rebate claim is incomplete or does not meet any of the rebate terms and conditions, no rebate will be issued. Unless otherwise expressly stated in writing by Makita U.S.A., Inc., this offer may not be combined with any other rebate, offer or promotion. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. We reserve the right to deny any rebate claim or claim to a free good for any customer that has or is suspected to have previously submitted a fraudulent claim for a rebate or violated any of these terms and conditions. Resellers of Makita products are excluded from this promotion. Resale of any product or free goods under this offer is prohibited.
