Please reset your password via the “Forgot your password?” link on the login page at: https://www.makitatools.com/account/login and follow the instructions to reset your password. Then try to log into your account with the new password. If you still receive the same locked out message, please contact Makita National Call Center at 1-800-492-5482 for further assistance.
If you need to make a change, please submit a request using the CONTACT US form and include your claim number.
If you have moved, please go to your account https://www.makitatools.com/account/login and update your profile.
If store location is not listed, select the nearest store location.
Invoice/Receipt must contain the following information: SKU# (UPC code), Model (Item number), Price, Store Name and Location.
For Online Orders, the order summary/confirmation is not proof of purchase. Must provide order detail or order invoice along with SKU# (UPC code), Model (Item number), Price, Dealer name and delivery status.
Any discrepancies to your claim will be communicated to you via the email provided with your eRebates claim. If applicable, you will receive an email with instructions for any discrepancies.
You must select all files and upload at the same time. Currently we do not allow individual (single) file upload.
If you can't find the promotion, it means the rebate promotion is no longer active. Note that all rebates must be submitted on or before the stated “Redeem by” date which is 14 days after the “End Date”.
Expired promotions (outside of purchasing period) that are still active to redeem are located at the bottom.
All uploads must be legible and show item(s) of purchases. You will be required to provide proof of purchase on a single invoice/receipt, image/picture of the serial number(s), and UPC Barcode(s) for each item.
Each redemption must be from items purchased on a single transaction. Each customer may submit a maximum total of 25 redemptions, with a maximum of 5 per promotion.
If the item number on the packing list and the received item do not match, please contact us by "CONTACT US" or call our National Call Center at 1-800-4 MAKITA (1-800-462-5482) and press “6” and refer to the “claim number”. Makita reserves the right to substitute product(s) of equal or greater value for any product that is unavailable.
