Makita's Auto-Start Wireless System (AWS™) uses Bluetooth^® technology for wireless power-on and power-off communication between the equipped tool and dust extractor. Once connected via AWS™, the dust extractor will automatically power on or off when the cordless tool starts or stops, running only when the cordless tool is in use. This extends the battery run time of the dust extractor, increasing productivity on a single charge, reduces wasted time reconnecting the hose, and lowers noise at the job or work site.

• 18V LXT Brushless Rebar Tying Tool (XRT01): Two-mode operation provides single or continuous wire tie actuation for efficient tying. Users will get up to 5,300 ties of #3 x #3 diameter rebar using an 18V 5.0Ah battery.
• 18V LXT Brushless Threaded Rod Cutter (XCS03):  An efficient solution for spark-free cutting engineered to make clean, burr-free cuts. Ideal for overhead cutting of installed threaded rod. 
• 18V X2 LXT (36V) Brushless Cordless 1‑1/8" AVT^® Rotary Hammer (XRH10): Powered by two 18V LXT batteries and technology, the XRH10 delivers up to 140 ½” x 2-3/8” holes per charge when using two 18V LXT 5.0Ah batteries.

• 18V LXT Brushless 4-1/2" / 5” Paddle Switch Cut-Off/Angle Grinder with Electric Brake and AWS™ (XAG21) and 18V LXT Brushless 4-1/2" / 5” Cut-Off/Angle Grinder with Electric Brake and AWS™ (XAG17): Ideal for grinding and cutting a wide range of materials including tile, concrete, pipe, conduit, and more.

• 18V LXT Brushless Cordless High Torque Sq. Drive Impact Wrenches with a Friction Ring Anvil (XWT07 and XWT08): Offers unmatched fastening performance into concrete.
• 18V LXT Brushless Cordless Quick-Shift Mode 4-Speed Impact Driver (XDT16): Experience high speed in a compact size with a 4-Speed power selector button under the chuck for convenience. The XDT16 is the most compact impact driver in the 18V category. (Available February 2019)

• 18V X2 LXT (36V) Brushless 14" Cut-Off Saw (XWL01): The world’s first cordless 14” cut-off saw is powered by two 18V batteries for maximum cordless performance. A large spark guard captures and deflects debris away from the surrounding area.
• 18V LXT Metal Cutting Saws, with Electric Brake and Chip Collector (XSC03, XSC04): Two new saws for cutting a range of metal material, with a transparent chip collector to capture debris while cutting. Available in 5-3/8” (2” capacity, model XCS03) and 5-7/8” (2-1/4" capacity, model XSC04).

• 18V X2 LXT® Lithium‑Ion (36V) Brushless Cordless 7‑1/4” Circular Saw (XSH06): Powered by two LXT batteries, the XSH06 delivers crosscuts with speed, power, and run time. The XSH06 is a powerful cordless option for users of blade-right saws.

• 18V X2 LXT (36V) Brushless 1/2 Gallon HEPA Filter Backpack Dry Dust Extractor, AWS Capable (XCV10ZX):  A new clean-up solution that eliminates extension cords that trail corded backpack vacuums. It’s also a portable dust extraction solution for contractors. Points of difference over the current backpack vacuum include AWS-capability, more suction power (64 CFM) and more water lift (44”).
