Makita dealers, distributors and retailers are not eligible. Products that have been returned are not eligible. Valid for residents of the U.S. and Puerto Rico only. Not valid for Government Customers, Military Mailing, or U.S. Territories (with the exception of Puerto Rico), and void where prohibited, taxed, or restricted by law. Free goods will only be shipped to a valid residential address in the U.S. or Puerto Rico provided by the customer. Must submit PDF or JPEG images of serial number(s) on the product(s), UPC barcode(s) on each box (outer), and original receipt/invoice (must be legible). The receipt/invoice must show the store, store address, purchase date, item, quantity, price, and transaction/order number. The qualified purchase must be highlighted on the receipt/invoice. If a receipt/invoice appears to be modified or is illegible or missing any of the required information, it will not be processed.
