You must submit PDF or JPEG images of serial number(s) on the product(s), UPC barcode(s) on each box (outer), and original receipt/invoice (must be legible). If a rebate claim is incomplete or does not meet any of these terms and conditions or other conditions or qualifications specified in the rebate offer, no rebate will be issued.
